I'm no expert, but with those symptoms, the knock sensor was the culprit in my case. I would recommend having a workshop check the ignition timing and the sensor itself.

Thank you for the advice. The workshop confirmed it was the knock sensor and the cable was indeed defective. Repair cost came to 95€. Now the car runs like new.
