Expert Air Suspension Problem
Summary of the thread
A 2011 Peugeot Expert with a gasoline engine is experiencing issues with the air suspension, including failure to lift, leaning to one side, an error message on the speedometer, and a bumpy ride. The problem is likely due to a defective air spring bellows valve. It is recommended to have the system properly diagnosed and repaired in a workshop, as the air suspension system can be complex. The issue was confirmed to be a faulty suspension air bag valve, which was replaced at a workshop.

Thanks for the quick reply! The error message has been consistent. If it is the bellows valve, is it a straightforward replacement, or is there more to it than that?

Given the consistent error message, it's highly probable that the bellows valve is defective. While a replacement seems simple, the air suspension system can be complex. You need to depressurize the system properly before replacement, and it's better to have it properly diagnosed in a workshop to avoid any other issues.

Appreciate the advice! Took it to a workshop, and you were spot on. Turns out the suspension air bag valve was faulty. Cost me 590€, but at least it's sorted.

Sounds like a suspension issue, specifically with the air suspension. Given the symptoms – vehicle won't lift, leaning, error message, and bumpy ride – it strongly suggests a problem with one of the air spring bellows valves. Has the error message been the same or changing?
