Thanks for the quick reply! I haven't specifically checked the steering wheel controls, but they seem fine. I'll take a look at the brake lights. Is there a specific thing I should be looking for with those?

Well, with my van, the brake lights were staying on even when I wasn't pressing the pedal! Crazy, right? That confused the cruise control system, and it just shut itself off as a safety measure. If the lights look normal, honestly, it could be anything from a faulty speed sensor to a defective cable. With the error code, I'd suggest letting a workshop take a peek. It will probably save you a lot of time and headaches.

Great, thanks a lot for the insights! I checked the brake lights, and they seem to be working correctly. I'll take it to a workshop tomorrow. They quoted me around 95€ for looking into the cable or plug connection. Hopefully, that's all it is!

I had a similar cruise control issue with my Expert, though I can't remember the exact symptoms right now. Have you checked the steering wheel controls themselves? Sometimes those can get a bit wonky. Also, any chance your brake lights are acting up? I've heard that can mess with the cruise control due to the pedal switch.
