Expert Washer System Failure
Summary of the thread
The headlight and windshield washer systems on a 2020 Peugeot Expert diesel stopped working, possibly due to a bad cable connection at the pump or relay. Another individual experienced a similar issue and suggested checking the hose connection, which can sometimes come loose. After confirming the hose was fine, the problem was identified as a defective pump, which required professional repair.

Thanks! When you say 'system,' do you mean just the headlight cleaning, or also the windshield washer?

Both! My washer jets weren't working AND the headlight washers were dead. If the hose is fine, it might be more than just a simple connection issue, and I would recommend visiting a workshop.

I checked the hose, it was fine. Took your advice and booked a workshop appointment. They confirmed a defective pump, and the repair cost 165€. Thanks for the help!

Strange, I had a similar problem with my Expert. Check the hose is connected properly; it can come loose. Is the system making any noise when you try to use it? It could give you a clue where the fault lies.
