Thanks for the quick reply! No, it seems pretty random. It just pops on and off. Was yours also intermittent, or was it constantly on?

Mine was also intermittent at first, then became constant. It was a defective cable or plug connection. I suggest you visit your local workshop and ask them to read the error codes of the airbag system. The repair was around 95€.
