Explorer Hybrid rough idle and fuel consumption

My 2020 Ford Explorer Hybrid with 168186 kilometers is having issues. The engine starts with difficulty, fuel consumption has increased, and engine power is reduced. It idles unevenly and occasionally stalls. I suspect a defective injection nozzle. Has anyone experienced something like this?

Clogged injectors can significantly hamper engine performance.

I haven't inspected the fuel injectors directly, but my mechanic voiced a similar concern regarding potential clogging. I regularly use standard grade gasoline; would the fuel grade contribute to such issues?

The fuel grade could be a contributing factor, but I think the root cause is a dirty injection valve. I visited a workshop because diagnosis and injector cleaning are more complex than I could handle. The repair cost was around 515€. I recommend seeking professional assistance.
