Summary of the thread
A 2022 Ford Explorer Hybrid with 69731 km is experiencing transmission issues, including implausible shifting, a transmission indicator light, and emergency mode activation. The suspected cause is undervoltage, but the actual issue was identified as worn-out automatic transmission oil, which was resolved by replacing the oil.

The shifting is definitely rough, especially between 3rd and 4th gear. It's like it hesitates before finally engaging. With your Corsa, was it a gradual decline, or did it happen suddenly?

Ah, yes, the rough shifting… sounds very familiar! Mine was also most noticeable between gears in the middle of the range. To answer your question, it was pretty sudden, I think. I'd recommend getting it checked by a professional workshop as soon as possible.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I took it to the shop, and it turned out the automatic transmission oil was worn out. The oil replacement cost me 240€.

That sounds frustrating! I had a similar issue with my old Opel Corsa a few years back. The symptoms seem awfully familiar. Was the shifting rough or just…off? Did you notice any specific gear where it was more pronounced?
