I checked the power and ground connections, and they're fine. It's seen varying temperatures, but nothing extreme. Could the control module be bad, even though the error code mentions the sun blind?

The error code points to the sun blind, but a faulty control module can't be ruled out completely. Since the connections are good, the motor is still the most likely cause. I'd suggest seeing a Ford technician. They can do more diagnostics to find the exact problem.

I went to the shop. It was the sun blind motor. The repair was 330€ including parts and labor. Thanks again!

Sorry to hear about the Explorer's sun blind issue. The symptoms do sound like a motor malfunction, or a fault in the sun blind's control module. Before replacing the motor, did you check the power and ground connections? A loose connection could cause this. Also, has it been exposed to extreme temperatures? That can affect electric motors.
