Express electric steering column adjustment issue
Summary of the thread
A 2011 Chevrolet Express owner experienced an issue with the electric steering column adjustment not working, despite normal steering function. Yep, steering feels totally normal otherwise. Just the electric adjustment is dead. Was your issue also an error in the memory? Do you remember what the error code was by any chance?

Yes, it was an error code stored too. Honestly, I didn't write it down, and I'm not savvy enough to diagnose it myself. I took it straight to the workshop. Probably the easiest solution.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a local workshop and they confirmed it was a defective cable connection. They repaired it for 95€. Problem solved!

I had something similar happen with my Express. Does the steering feel normal otherwise, just that the electric adjustment isn't working?
