Hi, I've got a 2011 Chevrolet Express with a gasoline engine and the electric steering column adjustment isn't working. There's an error stored in the memory. Mileage is 69794 km. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm thinking it might be a cable or plug connection issue.

Yep, steering feels totally normal otherwise. Just the electric adjustment is dead. Was your issue also an error in the memory? Do you remember what the error code was by any chance?

Yes, it was an error code stored too. Honestly, I didn't write it down, and I'm not savvy enough to diagnose it myself. I took it straight to the workshop. Probably the easiest solution.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a local workshop and they confirmed it was a defective cable connection. They repaired it for 95€. Problem solved!
