Summary of the thread
A 2012 Citroen Jumper is experiencing a complete failure of its navigation and audio system. The issue might be due to a signal error or faulty cable connections between the systems. A similar problem was resolved by checking and tightening connections and inspecting the cable bundle, though software issues could also be a cause. Hey, thanks for your information! It looks like I'll have to tackle that too. Do you happen to remember how much it cost you back then? And have you had any other problems since then? Best regards

Hey, so after the mechanic had finished with it, the audio system worked perfectly again, so no more signal errors. As for the cost, I had to pay €155 to repair the faulty cable connection. Fortunately, I haven't had any more problems since then. Hope this helps you a little! Take care and good luck with your Jumper!

Hey, that's a relief to hear! I'm somewhat reassured, the cost of the repair also seems to be reasonable. Your words have definitely helped me. Thanks again and I wish you all the best with your Jumper! See you soon!

Hey, the last time my 2015 Citroen Jumper was in the workshop it was similar. There was the problem with the faulty cable connection, but in my case it was not located in the audio system but in the navigation system. This caused the same symptoms, i.e. complete failure. After reading out the fault memory, the mechanics determined that there was an electrical fault between the navigation system and the audio system. They checked all the affected connections and tightened them again. The cable bundle was also checked completely. But remember that the problem could also be on the software side. The diagnosis showed that it wasn't a really serious problem, but it definitely shouldn't be ignored because it can lead to further malfunctions if not fixed. Hope that helps you a bit! And about the mechanic, do some googling and check out the reviews, unfortunately I can't give you a personal recommendation. All the best with your Jumper!
