Inspect the fuses related to the on-board computer and audio system to ensure none are blown or loose. A faulty fuse can cause intermittent power loss. If the issue persists, it might be necessary to check the wiring for any signs of damage or wear. Keep me updated on your progress or if you have more questions.

I have a 2011 e90/328i and had a bad battery charge that interrupted my communication between the Carly device and my car's computer, which resulted in loosing the communication with the FRM (footwell module) and lost comms with the power windows and signal lights. I was told the FRM needs to be reprogrammed. Is this true? Thank you for your input.

Yes, it's possible that the FRM needs to be reprogrammed or reset, especially if the battery issue caused a communication error. Before proceeding, ensure the battery is fully charged and in good condition. If the problem persists, consult a professional to reprogram the FRM. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Check the battery connections to ensure they are clean and tight, as a loose connection can cause intermittent power issues. Let me know if this resolves the problem or if you need further assistance.
