Hey, thanks for your quick feedback. Good to know that it worked for you again. Do you remember roughly how much you paid for the repair? And has anything come up again since then or was the problem really completely solved? I look forward to your answer.

Hey, no problem. Well, it cost me a round sum of €170 to repair the cable connection. I haven't had any more problems since then, so it was a one-off. So don't worry too much, just go to the garage. It'll be fine!

Great, thanks for the info! That really helps me and €170 doesn't sound too bad. I'll take your advice and take my car to the garage. Keep your fingers crossed that it goes just as smoothly for me. Thanks again!

Hi, I had a similar problem with my 2014 Audi Q5, but it wasn't the windshield heating. In my case, it was the air conditioning, which had completely failed. There was also something in the fault memory. I then had to go to the garage and they checked the whole thing out. It was probably a problem with the electronics and something had to be replaced. Maybe it's also an electronic fault in your case. However, it can only be recognized in the workshop, so you should take the step, even if it didn't go so well last time. Good luck with it!
