Summary of the thread
A 2000 Ford Falcon with a petrol engine is experiencing difficulty starting and running rough during cold starts. The suspected cause is a faulty cold start injector. After testing, one injector showed abnormal resistance, confirming it as the issue. Replacing the injector resolved the problem, restoring smooth operation.

I've done the basic checks. Resistance is off the charts on one of them. Was your Volvo's issue definitely the injector itself, or could it have been something else in the fuel system?

In my instance, the injector itself was faulty. After replacement, the problem was solved. Given your resistance readings, it's very likely the injector. I suggest you go to the workshop as soon as possible.

Injector confirmed cactus. New one fitted, and she's purring like a kitten now. Cost me 515€, but well worth it.

I had cold start problems with my old Volvo, same kind of symptoms you describe. Have you tested the injectors? That would be the first thing to do.
