Hey, I had a similar problem with my Mini Cooper (2014, 120000 km). The readout revealed that the lambda sensor was defective. The problem was taken seriously as the sensor is responsible for the exhaust control. I had it repaired in my garage. Everything is back to normal now. Hope it's nothing major for you either.
