Fiat 124 Audio System Failure

My 2020 Fiat 124 Spider with a gasoline engine has an audio system that's completely dead. No sound from any source. Mileage is 220829 km. I checked the fuses, and they're fine. Any ideas?

Radio silence is frustrating. Have you tried different audio sources? Like auxiliary input, Bluetooth, or even just scanning the radio?

I tried the auxiliary input and Bluetooth, but still nothing. The radio is silent too. Could a bad bass speaker make the whole system fail?

A completely dead bass speaker is unlikely to kill all audio. It's more likely the amplifier failed. A workshop diagnosis is best; it could be a defective amplifier.
