It's at 25633 km. How do I test the bypass valve and boost solenoid? What readings should I look for, or what should I look for to see if they're bad?

At that mileage, vacuum parts can wear out. Testing the solenoid and valve needs special tools, like a vacuum tester, and knowing how to read the results. It's like trying to diagnose a heart problem without a stethoscope - hard to do. I'd take it to a shop. They can diagnose it right and find the bad part.

I took it to a local shop. They said the vacuum switching valve was bad, like I thought. It cost 140€ for the replacement and work. The car runs great now. Thanks for the help figuring it out.
