Fiat 500 MOST Bus Fault

Experiencing a frustrating issue with my 2022 Fiat 500 diesel. I seem to have a MOST bus fault. The audio system is completely dead, the system itself doesn't respond, and the navigation is also non-functional. Diagnostics reveal an error stored in the memory pointing to a MOST bus issue. A defect in one of the control units installed in the MOST bus seems like the likely culprit. Mileage is at 111653 km. Has anyone encountered something similar with these cars?

Thanks for the quick reply. I have visually inspected the fiber optic cables for any obvious damage or disconnections, but haven't gone deeper than that. Do you recall which control units were affected in your case, or what specific checks you performed?

I didn't take any action myself. The workshop found the defective control unit. You should have the error memory read out and then go to the workshop to locate the error.

Thanks for the advice. I suspected as much. I'll take it to a workshop for a proper diagnosis. I was trying to get a sense of the potential costs beforehand. Diagnostics confirm a faulty control unit on the MOST bus, with repair including parts and labor estimated at 1000€. Thanks again!
