Good call on the fuses and relays, I'll check those. The blower seems to be working fine on all speeds though. You mentioned a flap motor, is that the same as the air distribution flap? And was your Astra's issue also intermittent, or constant?

Yes, flap motor and air distribution flap are the same thing. On my Astra the issue was constant, the air was always directed to the wrong vents. Given the error code and low heat, and since you've checked the obvious things, it's likely the motor or its wiring in your Doblo. Honestly, at this point, I'd take it to a workshop to get properly diagnosed. Could save you a lot of time and further headaches.

Thanks for the advice. I checked the fuses but no luck. Ended up taking it to the shop, and it was indeed the wiring to the air distribution flap motor, just as suspected. Cost me 95€ to get it sorted.

Sounds familiar! I had similar heating problems with my 2018 Opel Astra. The air circulation wasn't working right, and the error codes pointed to a faulty flap motor. Have you checked the relevant fuses and relays? Sometimes it's just a simple fix like that. Also, could be the blower motor resistor. Is the blower working on all speeds?
