Yes, I attempted deleting all pairings and starting again, but the issue persists. Were the symptoms you experienced identical, and did the error memory also log the problem?

The symptoms weren't exactly the same, but the pairing problems were definitely there, and yes, the error memory was logging it. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. Electrical faults can be tricky.

Thank you for confirming. I took your advice and visited a workshop. It was indeed a pairing issue that required a reset, costing 45€. Problem solved!

Sounds frustrating! I had a similar problem with my old Renault Megane. The Bluetooth kept dropping, and the infotainment system was a mess. Did you try deleting all pairings and starting fresh? Sometimes that clears things up.
