Fiat Scudo Bluetooth Pairing Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2021 Fiat Scudo is experiencing Bluetooth pairing issues, with function restrictions and an error stored in the memory. The likely cause is incorrect pairing with the end device. Suggested solutions include forgetting and re-pairing the device and trying a different phone. If these steps fail, a professional check is recommended, as it could be a faulty Bluetooth module.

Yeah, tried deleting and re-pairing, and even a different phone. No luck. Was your BMW issue exactly the same? What eventually solved the problem?

Well, mine was a bit of a mess. Turns out the Bluetooth module itself was faulty. I'd say, if you've tried everything with the phone and pairing and it's still not working, sounds like time to get it checked out by a pro.

Thanks. Workshop visit confirmed, cost me 45€ for pairing. At least it's sorted.

Sounds familiar. Had a similar issue with my old BMW 3 series. Bluetooth was acting up; phone wouldn't pair. Have you tried all the basic stuff, like forgetting the device on both the van and your phone and then re-pairing? And did you try another phone?
