Fiat Tipo check engine light air valve
Summary of the thread
The check engine light on a 2023 Fiat Tipo hybrid indicated a potential air valve issue. Diagnostics suggested that a defective hose connection from the pump to the valve might be the cause. After further investigation, it was confirmed that the defective hose connection was indeed the problem, and it was repaired at a cost of 175€.

Thanks. Any specific areas on the throttle body I should focus on for leaks? Could the air supply itself be compromised, not just the hose connections?

Honestly, I'm not sure about the specifics, but if the check engine light is on, it's probably best to get it checked out at a workshop. Could be a bigger issue than just a simple hose.

I'm no expert, but could be a vacuum leak somewhere? Maybe check around the throttle body for any obvious cracks or loose connections. Is the car running rough?
