Fiat Ulysee headlight range control fault
Summary of the thread
A 2011 Fiat Ulysee is experiencing a headlight range control fault, with error codes indicating a defective servomotor. The issue is causing the low beams to malfunction, and a warning light is on. Suggestions include checking the wiring harness and connectors for any simple connection issues. However, the problem persists, and a professional repair, likely involving servomotor replacement, is advised.

Thanks for the tip. I'll check the wiring harness and connectors. Was your issue intermittent or constant? Wondering if that might point to a specific problem.

Mine was pretty constant, always the same error. I'd still get it checked by a professional. Could be something simple, but best not to mess with the lighting system.

Thanks, I appreciate the insight. I checked the connections as you suggested, but no luck. Looks like a workshop visit. The error codes confirm the servomotor issue, so I'll have them replace it. Hopefully that solves it!

Sounds familiar. My old Peugeot 307 had a similar lighting system problem. Auto-leveling went haywire. Have you checked the wiring harness and connectors to the headlights? Could be a simple connection issue.
