Fiesta power steering vibration

Sounds frustrating. Is the fluid level okay? Have you checked the wheel alignment recently?

Fluid level's fine. Haven't checked the alignment recently. Could misaligned wheels cause this erratic power steering? I thought it mainly affected tire wear.

Yeah, could be other things, like the steering pump. But alignment's easy to check. If it's not that, probably best to take it to a shop.

I checked the cable and plug connections and found a loose one. Fixed it, and the power steering's back to normal. Error memory cleared. Total repair: 95€.
