Fiesta Windshield Washer Issue

Yeah, fluid's good – full strength winter mix. I did a quick scan of the fuses, but nothing obviously blown. Any idea which fuse specifically handles the washer heater? Maybe I missed it.

Okay, good. The washer heater fuse is often in the same circuit as other components, so a blown fuse might cause other issues too. If you've visually checked them all, it's less likely. Given the error code and frozen nozzles, sounds like your initial thought about a wiring or heater element fault is probably correct. I'd advise getting it checked by a workshop, as the diagnostic might require special tools. If it's just a defective plug, it should hopefully be an easy fix.

Cheers. Appreciate the sanity check. It ended up being exactly as I suspected: corroded connector on the heater element. Cleaned it up, applied some dielectric grease, and she's spraying like new. Cost me 95€ for the connector replacement and diagnostic at the workshop. Sorted!

Interesting. Just to be clear, the washer fluid itself isn't frozen in the reservoir, right? Have you checked the fuse box for any blown fuses related to the windshield wipers or washer system? Could be a simple fix before diving into the wiring.
