Figo central locking failure

My 2020 Ford Figo with a gasoline engine is giving me grief. The central locking's completely shot. Can't lock or unlock the doors, and there's an error code logged. Anyone else run into this? Thinking it's a dodgy cable or plug connection somewhere. Checked the fuses, all seem fine.

Summary of the thread

A 2020 Ford Figo is experiencing a complete failure of the central locking system, with an error code logged. The issue is suspected to be due to a faulty cable or plug connection, as fuses have been checked and found to be fine. A similar problem was resolved by a workshop, suggesting that professional inspection and repair are advisable.

I have a Figo too, and I had a similar issue with my door locks a while back. Was the key fob working intermittently before it completely failed, or was it sudden?

It was pretty sudden, actually. No warning signs or anything like that. Just stopped working one day. Did yours do the same, or was it more gradual?

Mine was also pretty sudden, but I did notice it acting up a couple of times before it died completely. I ended up taking it to a workshop, and they sorted it out pretty quickly. Best to have it checked.

Right, sounds like the same problem. I'll get it booked in. Diagnostics pointed towards a cable issue, and the repair should be around 95€. Thanks for confirming it's probably the same thing!
