Figo tire pressure sensor issue

I'm having a recurring low tire pressure warning on my 2012 Ford Figo diesel. It has about 71,576 km. The error shows on the speedometer, and there's an error code stored. I've checked the tire pressure with a gauge, and they're all at the right pressure. Anyone else seen this?

Oh, I think I know what's happening! I had almost exactly the same problem with my Figo. Those tire pressure sensors can be super annoying. So, when you say 'error message', is it always the same tires that it flags, or does it seem random? Also, do you know if those sensors have ever been replaced? It might be something simple, but I'd be interested to know...

The error isn’t specific to one tire; it seems random across all four. And no, the tire pressure sensors haven’t been replaced since the car was new.

Ah, random errors and original sensors... yeah, I'm betting it's the sensor batteries then. They only last so long. I wouldn’t keep driving it with that error popping up. It could mess with other systems. I'd definitely take it to a workshop. They can check the sensors and replace them if needed. Probably cheaper than damaging something else!

That confirms what I suspected. I’ll book an appointment with a workshop to get the tire pressure sensors checked and replaced. The estimated cost is about 280€. Thanks for the help!
