FiveHundred Overheating Electric Fan Issue

Hi, I own a 2007 Ford FiveHundred with a gasoline engine, and it's been overheating lately. I think the electric fan isn't working. I checked the fuses and they seem okay. Any ideas?

Overheating can be quite damaging. How did you verify the electric fan isn't operating? Does it never turn on, or only sometimes? What's the mileage?

It never turns on, even when the engine is hot. The mileage is around 168250 km. Is there a relay I should check too?

Given the symptoms and mileage, a defective cable or plug connection is a distinct possibility. However, without proper diagnostic equipment, confirming this is challenging. I'd advise a professional assessment at a qualified workshop to prevent further complications.

Thanks for the advice! Took it to a shop, and you were right, it was a bad connection. Cost me 95€ to fix.
