FiveHundred Sun Blind Failure

The sun has been harsh lately, and I've got a problem with the sun blind in my 2005 Ford FiveHundred (gasoline engine). It's got 112285 km on the clock and won't go up or down. It's just stuck. I scanned the car and there is an error related to the sun blind. Any ideas? Seems like it could be the motor?
