Flex climate control issue

Hey, I'm having trouble with my 2011 Ford Flex with a gasoline engine. The climate control panel isn't working at all. I'm getting an error stored, the heating output is really low, and the AC won't even switch on. I suspect it might be a defective cable or plug connection.

I had a similar issue with my Flex. Check the electrical connectors and wiring harness going to the climate control unit. Also, have you checked the power supply to the blower motor and the AC system relays?

Thanks! Where exactly are those connectors located? And which relays should I be looking at specifically?

It was a while ago, but from what I remember, the connectors were behind the dash, near the control panel itself. As for the relays, I ended up taking it to a shop since I wasn't sure which ones controlled the AC. Turns out some wires in the harness were corroded, costing me 95€ to fix. Might be worth checking out professionally.

Appreciate the help! It was indeed a corroded connector. The shop got it sorted. Cheers!
