Flex GPS Failure

Anyone else with a 2019 Ford Flex gasoline having GPS navigation issues? Mine has 104370 km and suddenly can't get a signal, throwing an error. Thinking it might be the antenna, but open to ideas.

I have a Flex too, and had a similar navigation problem. Did it just quit, or did the satellite connection get worse over time?

It failed suddenly. No signal degradation at all. One minute it was fine, the next, error. How did you fix yours?

My symptoms were almost the same. I couldn't figure it out myself and took it to a shop. A professional might be your best bet to pinpoint the problem.
