Undervoltage, you say? How did you figure that out? And what did you have to do to fix it?

It was a weird one! The garage ran diagnostics and found the voltage was fluctuating, messing with the car's computer. It seems that low voltage can cause the transmission to act erratically. Best get yours checked professionally; these modern systems are too complex to DIY.

I took it to the workshop, and you were right! Apparently, undervoltage caused the transmission to act up. They replaced some hydraulic fluid and fixed a grounding issue. Cost me 240€.

That sounds frustrating! I had similar transmission problems with my old Opel Corsa, though mine was a manual. The shifting was clunky and unresponsive. In my case, it turned out to be undervoltage in the vehicle. Maybe check your car's electrical system? Could be a simple fix before it gets worse.
