Fluence incomplete system readiness

I've got a 2009 Renault Fluence with a gasoline engine and about 114k km. I'm getting an error message and the error memory shows an incomplete system readiness check. This happened after an OBD2 readout. Exhaust system or something else? Simple fix, or am I doomed?

Had a similar issue with my old Opel Astra after scanning it. Did you try completing a drive cycle to reset the OBD readiness? Sometimes it just needs a little time to re-establish the diagnostic routines. Has the check engine light illuminated?

Drive cycle? Is that just driving normally, or is there a specific pattern? I haven't done anything specific yet, hoping the error disappears. The check engine light is on. Does the pattern depend on the error stored?

Certain speeds and durations might be needed. I never figured out the exact dance for the Astra. Could never get it to reset. Ended up at the workshop so they could force the readiness. They mentioned onboard diagnostics and emissions test parameters.

Turns out it was exactly that. The OBD readout caused the readiness monitors to reset, and they hadn't completed their cycle. Drove it for about 30 minutes at varying speeds, and the error cleared itself. No cost at all!
