Fluence Seat Heating Fault

My 2014 Renault Fluence, gasoline engine, 231341 km. Seat heating doesn't get warm. Error stored. Heating mat defective?

Sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with my Fluence. Did you check the thermal sensor?

Thermal sensor? Where exactly is that located? Is it difficult to replace?

Yeah, same issue. Eventually traced it to the seat heating mat itself. Saved myself the headache and took it to a workshop. Cost 390€.

Cheers. Probably the best option. Workshop it is.
