Focus Damping Adjustment Fault

I'm having a damping adjustment fault with my 2013 Ford Focus diesel. 229064 km on the clock. Error in memory, warning light on, and bumpy ride. I'm thinking it's the cable or plug connection for the damping adjustment. Anyone else seen this with their Focus?

Hey, I had something similar with my Focus. Ride got super rough, and the dash lit up. Did you check the connectors to the shock absorbers? That's where the mechanic started looking on mine. What engine do you have?

Connectors are my first thought too. Did your error messages specifically mention the damping adjustment or suspension control system?

Yeah, it mentioned something about the suspension. I just took it to a workshop, though. These new suspensions are too complicated to do yourself. They sorted it pretty quickly.

Thanks, that's helpful. I'll book a workshop visit and let you know how it goes. The repair cost 95€ if anyone needs to know.
