Thanks! It's completely dead, no airflow at any speed. Where's the fan speed controller located? Is it hard to get to?

Sounds like a defective blower motor then. I had the same symptoms. I took it to a workshop; cost me around 350€, if I remember right. The controller might be the problem, but get it checked out.

I had a similar issue with my Focus (though not electric). Does the fan work on any speed, or is it totally dead? Could be the fan speed controller or a wiring issue. Check the basics first.
