Focus lighting fault

Hey! Sounds frustrating. I had a similar problem with my old Opel Corsa a few years back. My dashboard lights and tail lights were acting up. Turned out to be a dodgy headlight switch. Was yours intermittent, or is it a constant issue?

Honestly, I just took it to a workshop after fiddling with it a bit. They said the switch itself was faulty, probably some internal corrosion. Given that you've got an error code, I'd suggest doing the same, those electrical gremlins can be a nightmare to chase down!
