Focus Rough Idle Stalling

I've got a problem with my 2012 Ford Focus gasoline. It has about 88k km on it. Lately, the engine has been running rough, and it sometimes stalls when idling. The check engine light is also on. Plus, it feels like the car is jerking when accelerating. I've checked the spark plugs and they seem fine. Any ideas?

Sounds familiar! I had a similar issue with my Ford Focus. Rough running and stalling are classic signs. Have you checked the ignition coils? A defective cable or plug connection might be the culprit. It might be an idea to check the coil pack, too.

It's near the spark plugs. But honestly, if you're not comfortable poking around, it might be worth getting it checked by a workshop. I had a similar problem, and it turned out to be a faulty ignition coil. Cost me about 95€ to fix.
