Yep, sounds like the exact same headache I had. Seems like the pressure switch or something similar gave out due to some electrical gremlin. Honestly, I'd just take it to a workshop. Saved me a ton of frustration.

Took your advice and brought it in. It was undervoltage, which was shutting off the AC compressor. Cost 240€ to fix. Thanks for the help!
