Yes, completely dead. No sound whatsoever. The display looks fine, showing the radio stations and media, but still no sound comes out of the speakers. Could it be a Bluetooth problem?

Sounds just like what happened to mine. It was the display unit itself. The workshop confirmed it was defective. I'd recommend getting it checked out by a professional; the repair cost me around 725€.

Thanks for the info. I took it to the workshop and they confirmed the display was defective, just like you said. Replaced it, and now it's working perfectly again.

Hey, I had something similar happen in my Edge. Is it completely dead? No sound at all, even after restarting the car? Does the display show the radio or any other media is playing?
