Interesting, thanks for the insight! I've been so focused on the engine mounts I completely forgot about the transmission mount. Is there a way to check it or do I just need to have it looked at?

In my case, a visual inspection showed obvious signs of failure in the mount. However, it might be best to have a workshop check it out, especially if you are unsure. It could prevent any further damages.

You were spot on! Took it in and it was the engine mount, cable and plug connection defective. Repair cost came to 95€. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction; appreciate the help!

I had similar uneven idling issues with my old Opel Astra. Error codes kept popping up, but the symptoms were almost identical: vibration issues, especially at idle. Have you checked the transmission mount as well as the engine mounts? Mount wear can cause these sorts of problems. Is the error stored in the error memory?
