Ford F Hybrid audio system failure

Sounds frustrating! Does the screen itself turn on, or is it just no audio output? Have you tried fiddling with the volume control, maybe maxing it out just to see if there's even a faint static noise? Also, is Bluetooth connectivity working alright, or is that also dead?
