Ford F Key Battery Low Warning

Sounds super familiar! I had almost the exact same thing happen with my F a while back. Keyless go stopped working completely. Did you try the spare auto key to see if it's just that particular electronic key?

Yeah, the spare fob has the same issue! So, you think it's defo the key battery then? Did yours also log an error?

Yep, same symptoms. Both fobs went bonkers around the same time. And yes, there was some error code stored. Honestly, I just bit the bullet and took it to the workshop. Saved myself the headache. They swapped the fob batteries and cleared the errors, job done.

Thanks for the info! Sounds like I'll be heading to the workshop then. At least I know what to expect - they want 37€ to replace it.
