Ford Flex Blower Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Ford Flex experienced a failure of the fresh air blower, resulting in no airflow and an error code. The initial suspicion was a defective blower motor. After considering the possibility of a faulty fan speed controller, it was concluded that the blower motor was likely the issue. The motor was replaced, resolving the problem.

Good shout! Nope, doesn’t work at any speed. Where is the fan speed controller located on this thing? Is it easy enough to get to?

Given that it's not working at all, and you're seeing an error code, the defective blower motor is very probable. I would have a workshop check this for you. In my case the issue was indeed the blower motor, so that sound like a plausible explanation here as well.

Thanks for the help! I figured it was the motor, but you really helped convince me. Got it replaced today—cost 365€, but at least I have air again.

I had a similar issue with my old 2012 Opel Astra, and it turned out to be more complex. Does the blower motor work at all, even on the highest setting? Also, did you check the fan speed controller?
