Ford Galaxy Mixture Preparation Error

When you had this problem, did the fuel trims fluctuate wildly, or were they consistently out of range? And did swapping the injectors solve it completely, or were there other things involved? Was there a big repair bill?

In my case, the fuel trims were consistently rich, even after cleaning the throttle body. Ultimately, the workshop diagnosed a faulty injector and recommended a new set. I wouldn't mess around too much and go to a professional. They will have a proper diagnostic tool at hand.
