Ford GT door handle keyless access failure

Unfortunately, I don't have a diagram handy, and fiddling with electronics without proper knowledge can cause more harm than good. Given the symptoms and error code, it really does sound like a faulty connection. I think the best course of action would be to take it to a workshop, they will have the proper tools and expertise.

Alright, thanks for confirming my suspicions and giving me a dose of reality! I took it to a local shop, and they found a defective cable connection as expected. Repair cost was 95€. All sorted now!
