Ford GT ignition issues

Having some strange ignition issues with my 2021 Ford GT, gasoline engine, with 224467 km on the clock. Sometimes it just won't start, other times it cuts out while running, and occasionally runs really rough. I've checked the basics, but could it be a defective fuse related to the ignition switch? I've heard that can cause similar symptoms.

Sounds like a hassle. Does it happen more when the engine is cold or hot? Have you noticed any patterns with the key turn, like needing to jiggle it or anything?

Good questions! It seems pretty random whether the engine is hot or cold. I haven't noticed anything specific with the key turn itself. Are you suggesting there might be something wrong with the physical key or maybe the immobilizer?

Could be either, honestly. But ignition problems can be tricky. Maybe time to get it checked by a workshop? They'll have the tools to properly diagnose it.

Thanks for the insights! Turns out it was just a defective fuse related to the ignition switch, like I suspected. Replaced it for 52€ and all seems well now!
