Ford Ikon airbag warning lamp constantly on
Summary of the thread
A 2008 Ford Ikon owner experienced an issue with the airbag warning lamp constantly being on. After verifying that the fuses were fine, it was suggested that the problem might be due to defective crash sensor connections, which are typically located near the front of the car behind the bumper. The owner took the car to a workshop, where a faulty connection was identified and repaired, resolving the issue.

Where exactly are those crash sensor connections located? And are they easy to access?

They are typically located near the front of the car, behind the bumper. While you can check them yourself, I would recommend taking it to a workshop. In my case, they identified the defective connection and charged about 95€ for the repair.

Thanks for the info! I took it to a workshop, and it turned out to be a faulty connection as you suggested. Problem solved!

I had something similar in my Ikon. Have you checked the crash sensor connections? A defective cable or plug connection can trigger the airbag warning lamp.
