Ford Ka ECU Recoding

Good day, I own a 2004 Ford Ka with a gasoline engine. My scan tool is showing a fault code, and I'm receiving error messages both in the infotainment system and on the speedometer. Mileage is at 76984 km. Could this be related to incorrect vehicle coding?

Yep, pretty much! Turned out the ECU needed a reflash. Seriously, just take it to a decent workshop. They'll sort it quicker than messing around yourself.
