Thanks! So, you reckon that incorrect bleeding could actually fry the pressure sensor? The error memory definitely points to that sensor. And is it likely to affect ABS system and brake performance that much?

Well, "fry" might be a strong word, but incorrect bleeding introduces air, affecting the pressure the sensor reads. In my case, the weird pressure was messing with the ABS and overall braking. Best bet? Get it to a workshop. They'll know exactly what to do. If they incorrectly bled your system, they should take care of it!

Took it to the shop as suggested. Turns out the brake system bleeding was indeed the culprit. They re-bled it correctly and replaced the faulty brake booster pressure sensor. Total cost was 90€. Brakes are back to normal. Thanks for the help!

Sounds familiar! I had a similar issue with my old Opel Astra, though it was the ABS system acting up. Same symptoms – error light, dodgy braking. Did they bleed the brakes properly? An air bubble can wreak havoc with the pressure readings. Definitely get it checked ASAP!
