Thanks for the quick reply! When you checked the wiring, how far did you go? Did you just look at it, or did you use a multimeter to check for continuity? And where was the break in the cable? I've looked, but everything seems fine at first glance.

I only did a visual inspection, and that was enough to find the issue. I could see corrosion on the plug. Given the symptoms and error code, I'd suggest having a workshop look at the wiring and maybe do a temperature sensor replacement. I'm not saying it's definitely that, but the symptoms seem to point that way.

Just wanted to let you know, you were right. The shop found a defective cable to the outside temperature sensor. They replaced the cable and plug connection, ran sensor diagnostics, and recalibrated it. The total was 95€. Everything's working now. Thanks for the help!

I had a similar problem with my BMW a while back. The symptoms sound identical: AC not working, mirror heating problems, and a frozen spray nozzle warning. It could definitely be the vehicle temperature sensor. Have you checked the wiring and connections to the sensor? That was the problem in my case.
